No Healthcare?

It really blows my mind to see the different type of healthcare systems between America and Australia.

I live in Australia and with a Medicare card you can go to the doctors, hospital, specialist, etc, and don't have to pay. If we're sick we can go to the Doctors and get the necessary help without needing money, or if we have an accident and need to go to hospital, we can rest assure we wont cop a high medical bill after.

Then I see posts on hear saying that they are unable to see a doctor or go to a specialist or emergency because they're not financially able to.

It is quite sad that people are denied that right for healthcare because they don't have money?

It just reminds me how lucky I am to live in such a beautiful country and how grateful I am of our health care that we are provided with. 🇦🇺
