Induction pushed off

Due to our birthing center being full they are pushing off my induction. It was set for feb. 14th at 7:30pm, i am still waiting for a call to tell me I can come in. They said they don't know when it will be as they are overly packed and people keep coming in. Any tips to jump start my labor? I'm almost 40 weeks, getting induced due to health reasons. I feel as if she will never come with how the hospital is acting.
