Where are my weight lifters at?
So I just have a question for you girls that lift. I invested in a squat rack and some other home gym equipment about a year ago and have been lifting heavy every since. I was to build muscle and lose fat. I was about 123ish when I started and now I’m 129. My question is could this gain be muscle? I feel like that is a short amount of time to gain that much weight in muscle. I’m 5’3 for reference. Also I haven’t been following a strict diet but primary eat pretty clean. I’m learning how to track macros and plan to dial in my my nutrition.
