Congestion

What have you mommas used for congestion in your 4 month olds? My little guy

started last night with some congestion, sounds like it’s in the back of his throat/nose, and his nasal passages are pretty clear this morning but it made for a very bad night of sleep for us. I took him out of his crib at 2:30 this morning and into his RNP hoping that would help but it didn’t. I used a snot bulb and that didn’t help either, like I said it seems like he has drainage going down the back of his throat, no fever no cough, it’s worse when he’s eating and he slept like crap because of it. He’s already on medicine for silent reflux and it just started at 9:30 last night. Any advice is appreciated😊
