finger foods?

My dd is 6mths old and has 2 teeth and trying to get to more. what do you feed your 6mth old she doesn't really like baby food but likes our food I'm just scared to feed her many adult foods

I don’t understand how babies with no teeth can eat this stuff??? I’m so nervous to try regular foods she has had mashed potatoes but that’s about it....

Honestly I just give him whatever. I’m doing baby led weaning. I just am next to him and aware if he needs some help. It’s kinda fun! Just try it!

I give my almost 7m old pretty much anything I’m eating.. he doesn’t care much for baby food either, but loves what we eat. For example.. eggs, toast, spaghetti, bagels & cream cheese, pizza, beans, rice, bananas, strawberries.. etc. pretty much anything that is soft he can eat.
