Becoming a Vegan!?
I recently found out that my cholesterol is 5.9 which is kind of high for my age (33) I’m 5.5 and I weight 125lb. I worked out 2-3 times a week. I considered myself to have a pretty healthy diet compared to the rest of my family. My b12 is also high which I was very surprised since I only eat meat like twice a week 🤨 I was kind of vegetarian except for those two days a week. I don’t eat meat much products. I eat a lot of vegetables!! So I decided since this past Wednesday to become a vegan. I have been trying to conceive for the past 17 month and I don’t have any fertility issues and neither does my husband. Since I stop eating anything that is meat related or meat I have been feeling weak and I had a headache 😫 I’m assuming is the withdrawal 😫 I have been thinking of becoming a vegan for a while... I just thought it will affect my chance of conceiving!! But I haven’t get pregnant eating meat anyways 😂 🤦🏻♀️
My question is:
Where can I find easy vegan recipes?
Any tips to easy my journey into having a vegan life style?
Most importantly how do I deal with people telling me I’m crazy for doing this while trying to conceive?
