Zelleta 75mg mini pill

I was wondering if anyone had any similar problems as me taking the zelleta pill. I have been on this for 7 months and was constantly having on and off periods some lasting a month. My last period stopped at the beginning of jan, and no period since just some very light spotting. Does this pill eventually stop your periods. I have taken it as prescribed and do not have any other symptoms that could mean I am pregnant. Please help
