Understanding the Ramzi theory?

I got my first transvaginal ultrasound at 6w6d but she did not record the heartbeat. Said it was beating ‘fast enough’ whatever that means. But I was hoping you ladies could give me some insight to this whole Ramzi theory I’ve been seeing all over!
