Morning after pill questions

Is it safe to take the morning after pill 5months after you have last taken it? Had a mishap and a condom broke last night. He is freaking out due to us only starting to see each other recently. The app says I have a 3% chance of pregnancy at the moment.

Also last time I took it caused my recurring yeast infection to come back. Has anyone had previous experiences with the morning after pill to cause a yeast infection?

Also I'm really scared that it will cause another yeast infection. So is it worth taking the morning after pill if I only have 3% chance of pregnancy according to the app?
