Risky?

So I was just on fb and saw this women was selling her breast milk. She claims you can trust that she is healthy and has no stds. Many people were commenting saying it's not unsafe or a big deal because why would a woman go out of her way to risk another babies life. I personally would never use another women's breast milk for my child unless it was done through a milk bank or however it works where it's done through a company where the women and her milk is tested. I would NEVER trust a stranger off of fb. And even if it was my own friend. I'm just to paranoid. What do you all think? Would you trust someone off of fb breast milk to feed your baby ?
