Temp question need insight
I have started to temp again.... i quit tracking for a few months and started back up this cycle after af finished. Past two days it was 36.50 today its went up 36.59 but im still getting light opk and creamy cm. i was ill last night so thay might be a factor but how do i confirm ovulation with temps?
