So this morning one of my close friends told me she is expecting, this is an unplanned pregnancy.

I am so so happy and excited for her, but also so sad and disappointed for us.

I am due on in a few days and just before she told me I said to my partner that I feel like AF is on her way as I have all my usual period symptoms coming 😣 so the timing for me to hear this news also isn't the best as I'm expecting a BFN again and was already feeling down about not conceiving.

I feel terrible and a bad friend for feeling this way about such exciting and lovely news but I am so emotional about it and the disappointment gets harder every month.

Also, I know lots of other ladies have been trying a lot longer than us so 6months isn't that long in terms of TTC.

I was just wondering if anyone had any advice on how best to cope with other people around you getting BFP's when you are still trying.
