*tw* DNRs and Euthanasia - Same thing?

Something happened today and someone I know needed to be resuscitated. A DNR was then put in place for next time so she won’t be resuscitated.

It got me thinking about whether the two are similar or even the same thing.

I personally don’t support euthanasia because of the moral aspect of it, but I didn’t really have an opinion on the DNR until now.

What’s Your thoughts? I’m particularly interested in the opinions of those who don’t support euthanasia.
