Confused and nervous

So let’s just start this by saying I am on the pill and have been for the past 5 years and have never had an irregular period. Yes there have been times where I would forget and double up on my pill the following day but there was never any difference in my cycle. At the beginning of the year when I got my period it came a whole week early. I was very confused because I was on top of my pills this month. The following month (3 weeks ago) I was just spotting. Maybe 1 day of actual blood and it was 2 days later than usual then I had to start my new pack. In between my 2 periods I was in a pretty bad car accident and was put on a bunch of medication to help my pain. My boyfriend and I have sex almost every weekend (with the exception of when I have my period) and he always pulls out. This month my body has been acting pretty strange and as a “Nervous Nelly” I keep wondering if I’m that 1% that’s pregnant from the pill and pulling out (yes I know there is low traces of semen in Precum) anybody have any advice?
