Trying to get pregnant after I removed the iud

Hey ladies so I have a back I December I removed my IUD and my husband and i have been trying to get pregnant but this app does not seem to help I have not gotten a period in about 2 1/2 years and when I removed my IUD the 3 & 4th of January I got my pitios but I have not gotten it since. So I basically wants to know how long it took some of you ladies that got off of the IUD to get pregnant? What are something I can do to bust up my chances of getting pregnant.
