!!Brown bleeding 10 days after period!!

Hey girls!

So my periods are pretty regular (they weren’t for a while as I had the implant put in and I didn’t get one for around 6 months) I get my period as normal and it lasts around 6 days then around 10 days after my last day I start bleeding again but it’s very dark brown/Black (not just spotting there’s around the same amount as a normal period) it will last anywhere from 2-6 days.. anybody else get this and can tell me what it is ?? ❤️❤️
