Parental vitamins 🤷🏼♀️
I’m already twelve weeks four days, and have only just found out I will having baby #1 so haven’t been taking any vitamins ect at all? On a scale of 1-10 how bad is this? My first appointment with my midwife isn’t for another week so I’m panicking now. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
