I'm so heart broken. I went to the emergency last night after I seen one blood clot. I 've been spotting lightly for three days then it turned bright red. I sat on the toilet as the bright red drops feel and then I get the urge to push but I didn't want to because I was scared he would come out. I felt like I had period cramps and I had to poo. So we went to the emergency room and my blood report says my HcG was was in the 4000 range. HgB was 13.1 He was suppose to be 7 weeks and 6 days. There was a fetal pole, no fetal cardiac activity was identified. He measured 7 weeks 3 days. Makes sense because I started bleeding three days ago. From crown to rump he measured 1.2cm. No subchorionic hemorrhage was identified. So the conclusion lead to no other than a miscarriage is progress. I woke up this morning having to run to the toilet and out comes my little one. 😓☹🙁😦😢😭😭
