Mastitis help...😥

Dr prescribed augmentin and flagyl for it at the E.R. yesterday.. I’ve had mastitis 4 times before and feel like two antibiotics is excessive.. he also told me not to feed on the infected breast and to start weaning my baby. I was confused because it didn’t coincide with what other medical professional have told me like(continue to feed on the infected breast and don’t stop breastfeeding) so I don’t know what to do.
