OV day after period? Is this possible?

I had a miscarriage last month, started on 12th Jan with bleeding for 2 weeks. I got my period last Sunday and it ended Wednesday (11th-14th Feb). I took an ovulation test Thursday the day after my last period day - planned to do one every day so I knew where I was with my cycle - and it was positive?? Is this even possible the day after a period?
