mastitis?

anyone else dealing with mastitis? i got home from work yesterday with a tender breast. today its very painful and red. im 23 weeks this thursday. i will try the usual, warm compress and showers. hoping it clears on its own. im guessing it might be a clogged duct or something

Update on my doctor appointment, with really hot and painful sore boobs, I have the flu and that's how my body apparently wants to give flu symptoms. My midwife soon as I told her about my boobs ordered the test and came back positive for the flu

yea ive got an appointment tomorrow. its so red and feels like a rock. definately infected. sucks bc im not even breastfeeding/had the baby yet

If it’s not better you may need to go to the doctor. I got it so bad one time I had to have a shot of rocephin

get some black tea bags and put them (moistened) in your bra, with a disposable liner it will help take out the pain and help to heal them family size bags are best.
