Hey guys, I’m graduating this year and I’m terrible at all things makeup. I really want to have makeup that pops with my dress (silver) and eyes (blue) but is also relatively easy because I can’t afford to get an artist to do it. I don’t have any of the fancy brushes and brands so I’m limited to the pretty basic stuff, like eyeliner, mascara, some walmart eyeshadows, blush, foundation... Any help would be great!
