anyone have this happen

I had a miscarrage on Jan 26 bled for 7 days then stopped...started bleeding on Feb 14 of all days but its a lot different from my regular period..its light, no cramps at all and no clots and only lasted 3 days...anyone else had this happen after miscarrage??
