I have a friend, and we’re just gonna call her JJ. I also have a crush, and he shall be called D. Well, I’ve had this huge crush on him since I met him and I’ve talked to J about it. She agreed he was attractive. Though he had a girlfriend and knowing that, I told J that because of that, I’m backing away from him. I’m not the type of person to ruin people’s life. Her respond was, “It wouldn’t stop me.” Anyway, A while later, we (J and I) decide to go out skating where we all

work together. While Skating, D would occasionally come and talk to me and not her. I believed he liked me. She agreed but now, she told me that D had recently been dumped by his girlfriend. I asked her how she knew and she said, “Because we talk.” And she smiled at me while walking away. And just knowing that broke my heart. Now at work, I always see them talking to each other and hugging all the time. They Snapchat and I just don’t get it. Why doesn’t she just leave him alone? She has a boyfriend (and has had so many). I’m just so sad but at the same time, I don’t hate her. I’m keeping it together for me. Not her. I’m a good person. And if they wanna be together, then so be it. I’ll support and hope for the best. Right?
