Help has anyone had this

For my first baby got pregnant with clomid first try. He is one now. Trying for second baby clomid again on October failed then again higher dose 150mg clomid on November didn’t work so just decided to rest and try again January or February. Period came normal on December but January my period came on the 5th and it’s been 45 days still on it. Dr gave me birth control pills to regularte with no success. Waiting on gynecologist appointment to see what’s going on.
