Yoga/meditation in pregnancy

I’m 18 weeks, 3 days pregnant with my first, and I have suffered with shocking anxiety for a few years now. Lately my anxiety has been terrible, the only way I can describe it, is that - I’m in a room naked with all men looking at me, (and for me that is one of my worst fears, since I’m the biggest prude) it’s an uncomfortable, debilitating feeling and really has a hold on me. I’ve heard that yoga and meditation is great during pregnancy and helps a lot with anxiety. Has anyone on here been to a yoga or meditation class during there pregnancy , if so how was it ??? Did it help with anxiety???
