Home Doppler Use

On Friday night, I bought a Doppler second hand for only $25 (☺️). I was just curious for the ones that have an at home Doppler...how often do you use it? I’ve seen women on here that use it daily while others use it once a week or biweekly. I’ve read that they’re deemed safe while others say they’re not so safe/FDA approved because it can cause fetal distress and can cause tissue damage. I wish I can check daily just because I had a miscarriage back in Oct of last year and just want to be sure that everything is okay. But I know daily use is no bueno. What is your take on it? I’m currently 14.1 weeks btw. Thx in advance!
