Do I need to use preseed if I produce healthy and fertile cm on my own?

no. If you produce a good amount of cm or ewcm on your own do not get it. I be had 2 fertility doctors say it doesn't help if you already are wet. It's simply for pleasure then. especially if you've been ttc for under a yr and are wet naturally it's hard nearly impossible to pinpoint lube for being the reason for a positive even if it's the only thing different. little known fact I learned from my doctors, you can be too wet. The lube can(not always but can) hinder chances if you have a lot on ypur own. It can actually make it harder which is the opposite of what the fertility lube says. so if you produce little or none use it. But otherwise no. my experience  I hated preseed. astroglides ttc lube or conceive plus is better, less sticky feeling and mimics normal cm
