widow and fell in love

My husband died on dec. 12, 2017. My best friend called from 19 years ago. I am beginning to fall for him. I sense that he is too but, is it to soon. He has not said anything because he knows that I have three children. He even hinted that he is not bothered about me having three children. He also has a daughter from a previous marriage. Do I say anything or wait until he comes to visit in May?
