Ladies need your help!

I’ve been dying to buy this shirt but it’s sold out! I was wondering if anyone knew how to just make a rhinestone script on a shirt at home? Kinda like a DIY project 😊 what are the tools I’ll need and can I use a certain glue so the rhinestones will stick onto the shirt? How do I choose a “word” I want to put on the shirt and stencil it out? TIA
