Hey girls, I hope you’re all doing well and I hope you’re all happy and healthy (like you deserve to be) 💛⚡️🌷🌸✨💌 I’ve been really down about my weight lately and started a new shake diet called Herbal Life (not sure if any of you will know it, it’s mainly sold in Australia I think) and it’s working really well for my mum and step dad but it isn’t doing much for me? For example, we skip 2 meals, replacing them with a shake instead (1 shake per meal) and then only eat one full meal per day; though, you are allowed to snack throughout the day on fruit, protein, etc. Now, I found that I lost A LOT more weight when I went 100% vegetarian and replacing milk with soy milk. I’m wondering if I should just do that again and eat little meals continuously throughout the day? Like smaller portioned? HHHHH I JUST WANNA LOSE WEIGHT!!!!!! Could you ladies please help me out and post what helped you guys out in your weight loss? :(
