Any advice on how to use the period cup, or if you do or don’t like it? I am thinking about trying it, but I’m pretty nervous. I feel pretty in tune with my body but the application and taking it out scare me since there’s no string like tampons. I use tampons during the day and pads at night, but I do have 2 days of heavy bleeding where I use super tampons and change them every hour. I have pretty bad cramps those days too and I know tampons can make that worse.

I also heard that you can have sex with like the diva cup in, with no mess. Curious about this as well, my so and I hate when I’m on my period because we have to go a whole week without 😅 any advice/comments welcome!
