Can a ovulation test detect pregnancy?

So I’ve been tracking my ovulation days through this app and flo as well as using clear blue advance ovulation test and I already ovulated according to this app and my body. I already had the egg white discharge. I stopped testing on Friday the 16th but I decided to keep testing Sunday and today and I’m still getting the blinking smiley face and a friend told me if it keeps blinking I may be pregnant. AGAIN my body isn’t showing signs of ovulation. I have no more discharge.. and I smell everything and I’ve been sleeping more than usual.. has this happen to anyone ?
