after sex bleeding

So I have PCOS. the last 3 times my husband and I have had sex there was been blood in the fluids when i go to the bathroom. the 2nd time it happened it started my period a few days later. the 1st and 3rd time I only had light bleeding that night. I had start taking some estrogen balance with DIM to help my levels before the 2nd bleeding happened. idk what my body is doing, anyone wanna take a guess? should I got get checked out?
