Stay or go?

I need advice.
I love my boyfriend and I believe he loves me too. We’ve both been hurt in the past. He is divorced and says he no longer believes in love that lasts. He has a philosophy that he only gives people 2 years to decide they don’t want to be around him anymore and then he moves on.
He’s put an end date to our relationship and my question is...do I wait for the time to be up and enjoy what we have together while it lasts? Or do I cut the relationship short now and begin my search for someone who wants to spend the rest of their life with me?
And before we get into it. I know it’s bullshit and he’s being defeatist. I just want to know what you all would do.

I'd move on, seriously. The timeline he put on your relationship indicates two things:
1) that he doesn't see a future with you. 
2) that he expects you to put in a ton of effort to make the relationship work because he's decided on two years.
Too dramatic for my liking. You don't punish your current relationship because of issues in the past.

To improve our lives we have to work on ourselves. He doesn’t seem to be doing that to me, he seems to be putting everything on other people.
He sounds like he has some work to do and honestly some growing up to do. And I agree with the poster that called him overdramatic.
I would definitely leave now. You’re an adult who is trying to build a life. How can you do that with him doing this?

personally i think that after 2 years a person would know if its worth spending a life together. but if he's already told you that its over at that date, then i dont see the point in continuing any further.
