Night routines

Moms what are your night time routines like these days? My daughter is 2 months and I think we need to change it up a little bc neither my husband or I are getting enough sleep. What time do you do a bath? What time are you, the mom, going to sleep at night? What time is your baby and husband/boyfriend going to sleep for the night? Are you breastfeeding in bed or getting up every time? Is your hubbie helping in any way to change night time diapers or put your baby to sleep or any time throughout the night? Basically I’m wondering what everyone’s process is from mid evening till morning. I’m trying to figure out the best way my husband and I can work together but also each of us get better sleep.
