Yes, I don't call it a diet any more, it made me feel so good me and my husband made it into a life style. I have lupus, my husband has diabetes type one. I haven't had a flare up, and I'm in remission. He hardly takes insulin. I've lost about 30 pounds. He lost 60. It's amazing if you do it the right way. I honestlu don't like Pintrest recipes because alot of the time they use alot of cheese & cow products and I can't have cow DAIRY, (unless it's grass fed) so I look up whole 30 recipes and whatever carbs are in that I substitute it. If you're like me and dairy products bother you, try finding alternatives like goats milk, and grassfed products. I didn't start getting sensitive until after I went keto.
