using pill to help ovulate and get pregnant??

me and my oh decided we wanted to try for a baby so i stopped taking my pill 5 days after I started the pack had a withdrawal bleed and got pregnant that very month. we sadly lost the baby at 12 weeks, completely unknown as to why. we have been trying again ever since but I don't seem to ovulate after tracking my ovulation for the past 3 months and my periods are still regular. I've been thinking of taking the pill again for a week in hopes of ovulation actually happening but I want to know if anyone else has ever done this and if it worked for them. I'm not crazy i swear, I just really want to have my own little baby and at the point of giving up
