First baby at 20

I’m 6 weeks pregnant (we think, I find out for sure Tuesday and get to see my baby then too ❤️) and this is my first child. I’m very excited and utterly terrified....having a fiancé that is panicking due to finance is not helping. I’m feeling so alone and can’t even tell anyone about the baby till I’m done with the first trimester...I really just want my mom to know so I know I’ll have some support...
