Labor photography - yes or no?

So I’m due in June and I’ve found a photographer who will be doing my maternity and newborn photos. She also does labor photography and highly recommended it as it’s a beautiful experience to capture. I’m having a hard time deciding whether or not to do it! Part of me thinks that labor will be too chaotic and messy and vulnerable, why would I want that captured!? But then the other part of me thinks that because it will be so chaotic, it’d be nice to have photos to look back on so I can relive the happy moments like meeting my daughter for the first time. What’s everyone’s thoughts on it? Have you done it for previous pregnancies and you’re happy you did? Or do you regret not having them done? Or do you think it’s unnecessary?
