I am beyond stressed and in shock.. 
I am 4 months postpartum and just found out I'm pregnant again.
I can't even began to process this.
I don't know how far along I am because I haven't had a period since giving birth. I am exclusively breastfeeding my baby and really hope I can continue.
Please any words of encouragement would go a long way.
