First appt at 10 weeks?

Hi all. I just scheduled my first appointment with the midwives and they scheduled it for March 20th and I’ll be almost ten weeks by then... is that normal? I feel like I saw them at 7 weeks for my first baby 🤔🤔 that was an ob/gyn though so I wasn’t sure if that’s why...?

My first appointment is at 6 weeks but my OB told me she wouldn’t see me until around 10-12 weeks so no scans or anything for me either until then.

I'll see my GP just for a referral for a scan at 8 weeks. My scan will probably be between 10-12 weeks and then I can apply to see my midwife for ongoing care. I wouldn't worry about getting in early. Your mind will be so much more at easy when you see your fully formed baby kicking around on the screen 😊

my first appointment isn’t until March 15th. The only doctor I’ve seen was my family doctor. I’ll be 10w1d when I go to my first ob appointment.

My obgyn is making me wait until 12 weeks for my first scan 😩. I do go in at 8 weeks and do lab work and pap though. 🤷🏼‍♀️
