Period pain
so I'm on birth control and only get a period once in awhile. but when I do the cramps are A G O N Y! like I mean, I can't talk, I hold my breath, I close my eyes. I've even thrown up! does anyone have any good ideas to help ease the pain, aside from pain killers?
