When will labor start

I am 37 weeks 4 days . Been having contractions for over 24 hours yesterday was a fingertip now 2 centimeters 50% effaced . Contractions every 3-7 min 45 seconds . Was sent home from hospital around 11 am because I wasn’t making progress . Had pink and brown discharge about an hour ago . Being delivered c section next thurs because of very large baby . Will constructions eventually go away or what . My body is exhausted and I’m so sick to my stomach , I feel hot and feverish . They told me I could be this way until I deliver .
