Can someone help explain this to me?

Okay so me and my fiancé are ttc  its our first month trying and today Cycle day 19 im having like normal period cramps along with pain going down my legs and up my back along with a headache im also supposed to start my period march 7th and I've never had all this happen this early

That can just be ovulation pains! I know according to the app I usually ovulate the day before or the last day that is green on my month. And boy do I get those terrible like cramps when I ovulate. My ovulation is usually more painful than my period.

Ovulation pains are worse than my period for me now! How nice of my body to tell me I’m ovulating with back spasms, nausea and hormonal headaches.... I already know when it comes because of ovary cramping. Silly body!!!! I’d say you’re about to ovulate!

You could have ovulated early maybe.
