Birth control and ttc

I was On birth control for about 3 Years Been Off for about 1 going on two years but i notice that every since i got off my hormones aren’t the same I’m dry.... don’t get aroused at all down there have to use lubricate for sex do you think that is a probably that i cant conceive . Ive been trying for about 6 cycles now still no luck i don’t know if I’m missing my ovulation day to be honest i don’t even know if my glow app is accurate with the date because my periods are accurate But last month it was off . I have started using preseed hopeful it helps but i need answers please!
