Body positivity😼 I’ve been going to the gym nearly a year, I go up to 4-5 days a week, and lift heavy. I don’t go to the gym to see changes in how I look, but mostly for how it makes me feel, mentally and physically. It’s helped so much with my mental health and even though I’ve put on weight, I’ve become more confident💖💁🏻♀️ and i love hitting PB’s!👏🏻💪🏻
