11 dpo & a bfn... does this mean I’m out?

I’m 11 dpo today, my breasts feel like fire, they literally went from icy hot tingling sensation to the fiery feeling within 5 days, my nipples are super sensitive to touch (painful), I’m hungry all the time, but when I get my food, there’s always something wrong with it... I’ve been super emotional, I’ve not been myself (my poor bf)... I’ve had what feels like a headache for three days now... I’ve been having little jolts throughout my abdomen & sore achy type sensations in my back. I’ve been extra tired, and I’m only this exhausted the day of or the day after I start. I took a test, it was negative, I’m not due for af until around the 24th. The only sign that af is near is my nipples have a sharp pain like the day of or the day before... There’s a high chance that I may be pregnant, as we bd on my peak days... has anyone had bfn on dpo 11 & still got their bfp on 12-13 dpo?
