Medroxyprogesteron and period

Hi ladies! I’m 26 with pcos and ttc for 9 months. Doctor prescribed me medroxyprogesteron (equivalent drug for provera) for 5 days to start my period. I finished this medicine and it’s been 5 days. I know it can take 10-14 days to start a period but is there anything natural (some kind of tea or hot bath etc) that I can do to start my period. I’ll start my first round of clomid and I want to start it earlier it can be so I need to have a period. Any ideas?? Thank you so much 💕💕
