Postpartum supples for moms?

I just read an article on postpartum needs when we lovely ladies are healing from labor.. I don’t remember with my first having extreme problems down there, but if  anyone can relate.. please help make a list, a rough draft if you will.. 
i may need to cash in on some items this round..

I didn't have much pain down there after my first, but I do recommend long pads and comfy underwear. I also used the numbing spray they gave me in the hospital when I did feel pain.

Lots of long pads and high waisted underwear, and a squirt bottle so you don’t have to wipe
